WFU CS Professors, Drs. Natalia Khuri and Minghan Chen, are organizing the virtual conference on Biological Modeling and Mining (BMM) on April 30, 2021. This is a one day event aimed to highlight the role of computational modeling and data mining in biological sciences. Topics include state-of-the art approaches, methods, and techniques for multiscale biological data analysis and biological simulations. The goal of the meeting is to encourage dialogue between researchers and undergraduate students in an atmosphere that promotes learning and open exchange of ideas and discussions. Participation is free and open to everyone with a simple registration. Please, visit the BMM web page: https://bmm.cs.wfu.edu/ to learn more about the speakers, and to register for the event.
