Congratulations to Konghao (Shelton) Zhao! Established in 1993 in honor of Dr. Jack Sawyer, professor of Mathematics from 1956 to 1988 and the first computer science instructor at Wake Forest, the Sawyer Prize is awarded each year to the most outstanding graduating senior in computer science as selected by the faculty. This is a significant honor and testament to the student’s hard work and commitment to their education and to the Computer Science Department.
