Forsyth County Invitational Robot Run

Dr. Turkett acted as a judge over the weekend at the Forsyth County Invitational Robot Run. This competition has middle school students build Lego Robots that have to complete a number of challenging missions. This year’s theme was “natural disasters”. In addition to the robot competition, the students also have to present research on preparing for, living through, and recovering from natural disasters, and show positive interactions with their team and the other teams.
