Robotics Club

- The Robotics Club at Wake Forest University aims to allow students to engage in robotics projects regardless of their experience level. We help them achieve this by providing them with the materials, mentorship, and practical skills they need to work with robotics at the university level and beyond.
- Currently, we have one competition-based project in which teams of two to three members work with autonomous robots. This involves building a robot from a kit containing all the necessary materials, learning how to write a program for the robot, and enhancing both the build and code for an on-campus competition.
- These project groups change and expand every semester, so if you are interested, feel free to send a message to the email under Contact Information below. Once again, no experience with robotics, programming, or other technical knowledge is required.

Activities
Every Thursday at 6:00 PM (subject to change) → At the WakerSpace
Teams of 2-3 members compete to program an autonomous robot to perform set tasks/goals. Teams/Individuals will be able to take the robot with them to work on the project on their own time if needed (whatever works best for yourself or the group). We will still hold weekly meetings to check in on progress with the teams, work toward the competition as a club, and learn more about the potential of how much we can do with these robots in a group setting (once a week).
